Work up the weight of the kettlebells if possible. If you’re unable to use double bells, just do the same workout but with a single bell each side.
A buyout is simply just a quick exercise/circuit to hit to round out the workout. Do 50 of these suckers. Really control the negative, make sure to not just flop down like a fish.
