Some awesome excercises here! I remember when I believe I had golfers elbows, I would spam those wrist curls every time I was at the gym. Solved the pain and grew my forearms at the same time! What a win~

Works really well, had a guy that benched in a shirt with some bad elbow pain a while ago. Supplementing some curls made it go away in about 2 weeks.
