Today’s workout is a lower body blaster. I would do it either after a lower volume leg session or as a standalone session. You could use the workout as an accessory circuit to load up some heavy single leg work and swing some heavy bells. If you don’t have big bells, i’d recommend just using a band to make it feel heavier.

Contralateral Front Rack Step-Up x 8L/8R
KB Swing x 8
Ascending weight, try to add weight each set. Rest as little as possible, but keep rep quality high.
(8+8+8+8+8= 40 reps per set, 200 total reps)
