I’m experimenting a bit with some kettlebell and bodyweight complexes. They’ll all be for 5 rounds, hence the name. Ideally these workotus take about 7 to 20 minutes and are done at a high intensity. Eventually if participation grows i’d like to make this into a free group either on a chat within substack or within the everfit app.
If you do any of the workouts feel free to drop it in the comments how it went, or drop your gym setup. I love seeing dope home gyms or even if you did the workout outside it’s a great excuse to get some sunshine with just a kettlebell and maybe a mat.
Do the swings 5 each arm, then on the cleans instead of doing 5 straight cleans then 5 presses, do 1 clean and 1 press 5 times then switch arms.
