Thank you! Having been on this journey for 25 years and maintained, it is still HARD. Yes, the calories in vs out and lifting/cardio is the simple part; Not getting caught up in the mind race that it is an all or nothing world is challenging. Maintenance is the hard part. I find it very difficult to not have the mental thoughts of always being in a calorie deficit/body dysmorphia, even after all these years.

Definitely tough, that's also why I try really hard to get clients excited about training and performance related goals. Squatting more, running a faster mile, doing their first chin-up, doing 50 pushups etc. It'll take their minds off of weight always being the objective and it'll shift to a byproduct of their work. Do you set performance goals regularly?

Been the motto for my training business since 2019. When I wanted to train fighters I decided to sign up for a fight. All about practicing what you preach.

100%. I would never write a word/make a suggestion about anything I haven’t done/am currently doing myself. Credibility comes from competence, not false confidence.

You clearly are credible. Keep up the great work 👊🏻
