Definitely. Need some space lol and you only need like a 10-15lb bell. Can find used ones cheap with that, just find a grass field to chuck it in. Could also use a medicine ball.
I've even seen some rubber kbs, which make perfect sense for strongman practice sessions. I've been scolded by my wife for slamming the medicine ball too much at home (and she makes an astute point that I shouldn't be doing it there!), but I think it's something I'll bring with me to the fitness park next time.
I really want to try a kettlebell toss one of these days, but I'll have to get out of the city to do so!
