I want something a bit more versatile and steady so I can actually work on muscle ups without the whole thing swaying like a coconut tree! Any recommendations for a good pro setup?
Ah that may be tougher, I'd definitely snag the rigs and you can mount them in the rafters if they're stable enough, in terms of bars a wall mounted one should be fine, it really depends though on if it's drywall or reinforced etc but I would get a multi grip bar so you can use multi grips.
