Train 7x a week is in this category. In the video above I go over what constitutes “training”. For the most part, this shouldn’t be confusing. It’s either improving a physical faculty or it’s just an activity.

The point of any challenge is to get you out of your comfort zone, to go beyond normal. I encourage you to push yourself, don’t reach for daily training that’s done just to tick off a box.

Train with purpose.

Pick a goal or weakness and get after it with intent. We don’t want mindless training, keep it purposeful.
